We look forward to welcoming you back when we re-open on Thursday 19th January. While we were closed we have made some improvements to the Roost, especially around the serving area, and some redecorating. We hope you will like the new look and look forward to welcoming you in 2012.

At The Roost we try to use only Scottish ingredients and will go that extra mile to source Scottish meat and fish for our menus. It is our philosophy that because Scotland’s larder is both interesting and plentiful, its seasons and varieties are the best guide for cooking as well as eating. Everything on our menus is made on the premises by Tim, from the bread to the ice-cream, so we know exactly what goes into every item, and can also adapt our dishes for specific dietary requirements.
