The Roost is situated in the village of Kintillo at the entrance to the beautiful Earn Valley looking out towards its wooded hills. The surrounding area is perfect for country walks, cycle rides or drives and to explore the surrounding towns and villages.

We are just 5 miles from the fair city of Perth, the gateway to the highlands and well worth a visit in its own right.
